Like he did three years ago in the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah, Lachlan Morton was victorious in Payson, winning stage 3 Wednesday. The Jelly Belly rider attacked on the day’s tough category 1 ascent and out-foxed his two breakaway companions, Adrien Costa and Andrew Talansky, who were second and third, respectively.
