Is Georges St-Pierre returning to the UFC to challenge new welterweight champion Tyron Woodley? No one knows for sure, though if he does, he’ll jump right back to where he left off as Bovada oddsmakers opened St-Pierre as a -150 betting favorite over Woodley (+120) in the potential match-up Tuesday, even despite St-Pierre’s three-year absence from the sport.
The odds come days after Woodley threw the UFC welterweight division into disarray with a first-round knockout win over former champion Robbie Lawler at UFC 201. Upon winning the title, Woodley called out both St-Pierre and fan-favorite Nick Diaz, rather than the division’s No. 1 contender Stephen Thompson.
