Recovering Bour expected back for Rox series

CHICAGO — The Marlins anticipate adding a power bat for their weekend series against the Rockies on Friday at Coors Field.
First baseman Justin Bour, who has been on the disabled list since July 6 with a right ankle sprain, is hoping to be reinstated before the set. Manager Don Mattingly said the plan is for Bour to play in a rehab assignment game with Triple-A New Orleans on Wednesday night.
Barring any setbacks, Bour is expected to join the team on Thursday, a scheduled off-day for the Marlins, who are completing a stretch of playing on 20 consecutive days since the …
