Alan Anderson to Clippers: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

The Los Angeles Clippers and veteran guard Alan Anderson agreed to terms on a contract Tuesday, according to the Orange County Register’s Dan Woike.
The Los Angeles Times’ Brad Turner confirmed the news and reported Anderson’s deal will be worth $1.5 million over one season.
Anderson parlayed two strong seasons with the Brooklyn Nets into a one-year, $4 million contract with the Washington Wizards last summer, but his time in the nation’s capital was marred by injury woes.
The 6’6” swingman had two surgeries on his left ankle before the season even started, and his debut was delayed until Feb. 24 as a result. All told, Anderson appeared in just 13 games last season.
In 14.8 minutes a night, the 33-year-old averaged 5.0 points and 2.1 rebounds while shooting 35.6 percent …
