Did Mark Hunt turn down a USADA out-of-competition drug test?

Mark Hunt has had enough of the United States Anti-Doping Agency. Hunt, who lost to Brock Lesnar at UFC 200 but found out later that Lesnar had failed two tests for illegal substances, went on a rant last week about it on The MMA Hour. He accused the promotion of doing nothing to stop cheaters, and said no one from the UFC or USADA had contacted him since the fight. He even stated the the UFC knew about the test results ahead of the fight.
UFC anti-drug czar Jeff Novitzky apparently had a “positive” conversation with Hunt after this, but Hunt clearly still isn’t …
