How the Cubs won: Hendricks keeps it away

Kyle Hendricks had a terrific July. His August started off pretty nicely as well.
Hendricks tossed his second career shutout to lead the Chicago Cubs to a 5-0 victory over the Miami Marlins on Monday night. He allowed seven hits and three walks with five strikeouts.
It was the second shutout by a Cubs pitcher this season. The other was Jake Arietta’s no-hitter on April 21.
