Top prospect Berrios set to join Twins in Cleveland

MINNEAPOLIS — Right-hander Jose Berrios, the No. 1 prospect in the Twins organization, received his long-awaited recall to the Major Leagues on Saturday night. Manager Paul Molitor confirmed on Sunday morning Berrios will join the team in Cleveland.
The Twins have not officially announced the move and will need to make a corresponding roster move to make room for Berrios.
“There’s some feeling that it’s time to get him up here, as we have with some of our position players getting experience, that maybe this would be a good thing for him to get back up here and see how he reacts,” Molitor said.
Berrios could start as soon as Monday against the Indians, which would be in line with his pitching schedule at Triple-A Rochester. Although Molitor had previously stated …
