The players in contention for the PGA Championship will be out to make up time on Sunday, as the third round of the tournament was disrupted by inclement weather.
Indeed, the top 10 players were unable to get their round underway on Saturday, as electrical storms engulfed the course in Baltusrol, New Jersey. It means Robert Streb and Jimmy Walker are still top of the leaderboard at nine under, with Jason Day and Emiliano Grillo two shots back.
It also means we’re set for a busy day of action on Sunday in the race for the final major championship of the year, and with more thunderstorms forecast for Day 4, a Monday finish is a possibility as well.
