It was Tyron Woodley’s night in Atlanta.
Not only did the American Top Team fighter defeat Robbie Lawler to take home the UFC’s welterweight title at UFC 201 on Saturday, he also took home $50,000 in bonus money.
Woodley was awarded a Performance of the Night honor for his knockout of Lawler, which took place at the 2:12 of the first round. It was only the second time in Lawler’s 16-year professional career that he’d been finished via KO. The first came …
