Walker Won’t Slow Down
After a first-round five-under 65, Jimmy Walker spent over 85 percent of his holes scrambling, which meant that he missed a green in regulation and was still able to record a par or better.
That isn’t the kind of way to play, and a repeat of that could have proved disastrous to his second-day lead. Instead, Walker went out and stayed consistent by recording a four-under 66.
