Mauricio Pochettino has set his sights on the new Premier League season after Tottenham’s pre-season tour of Australia came to end.
Spurs head back to England winless after two defeats from their two International Champions Cup fixtures – the latest of which coming against Atletico Madrid on Friday.
Despite this, Pochettino branded the tour a success after several first and youth team players got some valuable game-time under their belts ahead of the new season, where Spurs will try and build on last season’s third-place finish.
