Wenger wants ‘one forward’

Arsene Wenger wants to add “one more” attacking option to his Arsenal squad after admitting he is light on experienced forwards.
The Gunners are understood to be in talks with Valencia over a deal for their German centre-back Shkodran Mustaki and have made three new additions in the current window – Granit Xhaka, Tasumo Akano and Rob Holding.
Arsenal had a £29.3m offer for striker Alexander Lacazette rejected by Lyon earlier in the summer, while Gonzalo Higuain, with whom they have been linked for several transfer windows, moved from Napoli to Juventus for £75.3m last week.
