What turns a player on: A packed out stadium or a small amount of patrons in the stands?

As the players’ names are called and they walk on court the first thing they look at is the amount of patrons; these patrons have a duty to give the players encouragement to either wake them up, play better, keep being aggressive or even to reward them fr excellent shotmaking. Most times, after a win the players will thank the crowd. “Thanks for the peoples for being on my side”, or they’ll say “I couldn’t do it without you…” The mixed doubles at last year’s (2015) US Open was spectacular enough when Nick Kyrgios and Eugenie Bouchard teamed up and as so happened the crowd was thunderous; even a person screamed “I LOVE YOU GENIE!” with most players would respond “I love you back”.
A huge packed stadium is a good thing but sometimes more is absolutely less…better, more accommodating. Arthur Ashe stadium at Flushing’s UYS Open, is the largest tennis venue in the world holding over 23,000, 90 luxury suites, five restaurants and two level players’ lounges. It is the biggest but many call it a nightmare and the worst. Fans in the ‘nosebleed section’ as baseballers call it often have felt detached from the play at hand and can visibly only see the match on the big screen.
