Ashley Fisher named men’s head coach at the University of South Florida

Director of Athletics at the University of South Florida, Mark Harlan, has announced that Ashley Fisher got promoted from an assistant coach to men’s head coach for the new season. Australia native joins the USF men’s program in 2016, helping the Bulls to win their 3rd American Athletic Conference title in a row, to make the NCAA trip also for the 3rd straight year and to reach number 13 in ITA rankings. Fisher spent almost 15 years on the ATP Tour, reaching number 19 in doubles in 2009, and he is still ranked, despite being at the age of 40.
