Hazard keen to make amends

Eden Hazard is determined to recapture the form which made him such a success at Chelsea.
The Belgium international, who claimed three Player of the Year awards in Chelsea’s Premier League title-winning campaign in 2014/15, endured a miserable follow-up season last term.
Hazard scored just four times during the 2015/16 campaign, with the first of those coming against Bournemouth on April 23, compared to 14 the season before and some Chelsea fans turned on the 25-year-old following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal in December.
