Sources: FSU, WVU near deal for game in 2020

Florida State and West Virginia are close to finalizing an agreement to open the 2020 season in Atlanta, sources told ESPN’s Brett McMurphy.
The game would be played Sept. 5, 2020, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
This will be the fourth meeting between the Seminoles and Mountaineers, but their first in the regular season. All previous meetings were FSU wins in the Gator Bowl: 2010 (33-21), 2005 (30-18) and 1982 (31-12).
