Johanna Konta believes hard work is paying off as she reflects on her maiden WTA Title

The British No 1, Johanna Konta impressed fairly as she capitalized on reach her first ever WTA Final with a title to match as she defeated Venus Williams in the final of the Bank of the West Classic, Stanford.
There was a slight hiccup in between for the British woman who had to show her resolve as she gave up her advantage in the second set before finally winning the third set and hence the Stanford title. The victory in Stanford will help Konta rise up to being the …
