Paxton Lynch believes he’s made significant progress in Broncos offense

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — When Paxton Lynch arrived to the Denver Broncos as a newly-minted first-round draft pick and potential franchise-quarterback-in-waiting earlier this year, he quickly saw how steep his learning curve was going to be.

The offense he played at Memphis bore little resemblance to what he called the phone book-sized playbook the Broncos handed him, and he was staring squarely at a from-the-ground-up task to get himself acclimated to his NFL home. Now, as the Broncos rookies have had a head-start into training camp this week before the team’s veteran players report Wednesday, Lynch believes he has made significant progress.

Asked Tuesday where he felt he has made his biggest jump in the weeks and months since the draft, Lynch said:
