Officials: Cowboys bus not at fault in fatal crash

Investigators have concluded that the van involved in the fatal accident with a Dallas Cowboys bus on Sunday failed to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign and then was struck.
The four people in the van killed in the accident were identified Tuesday as Chinese nationals who were visiting the United States. Names of the deceased haven’t been released but Arizona Department of Public Safety said a 52-year-old …
