Love III keeping all options open for Ryder Cup

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. — U.S. Ryder Cup captain Davis Love III won’t discount anyone making his squad.
Love pointed out Tuesday at the PGA Championship that when the Americans take on Team Europe at the end of September at Hazeltine, he plans to look deep into the list of possible players for captain’s picks.
How deep?
He noted the precedent had been set when Phil Mickelson was 30th as a captain’s pick for the 2015 Presidents Cup.
