Andy Murray: ‘Tennis players are robots’

El Confidencial had a candid interview with Andy Murray about the strenuous and somewhat monotonous life that tennis players lead.
‘Yes, in some ways you feel a robot especially during the practice sessions. There are very boring days, but matches are another thing,’ said Murray opening up the conversation. Speaking about the time he moved to Barcelona as a 14-year old to enhance his game, the Scot further continued, ‘It was hard but it’s worth. Living far away when you are younger not only makes you strong, but also makes you grow up faster because you have to do many things by yourself and also have to learn to take care of yourself. There is also a risk you take, because not many guys are able to realize the goal.
