Here’s a look at top prospects to watch in Monday’s Minor League action:

Hitter to watch: Mauricio Dubon (Red Sox’s No. 11), Portland vs. Trenton (7 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)

Dubon recorded his second straight multi-hit game on Sunday as he went 4-for-4 with two doubles in Double-A Portland’s loss against Binghamton. The four-hit performance was his third of the season and first at the Double-A level. The 22-year-old shortstop has hit .333 with 11 extra-base hits over 26 games since being promoted from Class A Advanced Salem, where he posted a .306/.387/.379 batting line with 24 steals and 53 runs scored in 62 games.

Pitcher to watch: Jose De Leon (Dodgers’ No. 2), Oklahoma City vs. New Orleans (8:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)

De Leon, No. 20 on the Top 100, was masterful in his last start for Triple-A Oklahoma City on July 20, when he yielded four hits over a career-high eight scoreless innings to pace Oklahoma City in a 7-0 shutout of Tacoma. The 23-year-old right-hander fanned 10 hitters, giving him consecutive 10-strikeout starts, as well as 64 strikeouts against 14 walks through 43 1/3 frames for the season. Opposing hitters own a .190 average against him.

Duel of the day: Mike Soroka (Braves’ No. 11) vs. Mitch Keller (Pirates’ No. 14), Rome vs. West Virginia (7 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)

Soroka has a 3-9 record in 18 games (17 starts), but the 18-year-old right-hander has been plenty impressive for Class A Rome in his first full pro season. The 2015 first-rounder owns a 3.30 ERA and an 83-21 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 101 …
