Warburton: We can challenge Celtic

Rangers manager Mark Warburton believes his squad is good enough to challenge Celtic in this season’s Scottish Premiership.
Warburton has recruited nine players this summer, with a mix of youth and experience to complement the group of players which won the Championship last term.
Joey Barton and Niko Kranjcar are the star names brought into the Ibrox, but younger prospects such as Josh Windass and Jordan Rossiter are expected to excite fans just as much.
While it is marginally bigger than the one he had in 2015/16, Warburton believes his squad is too light on numbers and is keen to add more faces between now and the closure of the transfer window.
