McCullers takes it to another level at home

HOUSTON — Lance McCullers has been good at home before, but Friday night was something different.
McCullers took it to another level against the Angels at Minute Maid Park, striking out 10 in a season-high eight-plus innings of work in Houston’s 2-1 win over Los Angeles.
“That was as effective with his fastball as he’s been all season,” manager A.J. Hinch said. “He really found a rhythm late in the game.”
