Teheran exits with apparent injury

DENVER — Braves right-hander Julio Teheran exited Friday night’s start at Coors Field after attempting to field Mark Reynolds’ infield single in the fifth inning.
The Braves did not provide an immediate update regarding the reason for Teheran’s exit.
Teheran may have tweaked something in his side or back when he quickly turned and then extended his body while reaching for Reynolds’ slow roller that came to rest in the grass on the left …
