Crawford, Postol make weight for unification bout

LAS VEGAS — Junior welterweight titleholders Terence Crawford and Viktor Postol both appeared ripped and ready as they made weight Friday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena ahead of their world title unification fight Saturday.
Postol weighed in first and was 139½ pounds, a half-pound under the division limit. Crawford, with hundreds of fans who made the trip from his native Omaha, Nebraska, cheering him on, was 140 for the fight, which will headline Top Rank’s HBO PPV card (9 p.m. ET) and crown the No. 1 junior welterweight in the world.
