JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars confirmed they worked out free-agent defensive end Greg Hardy over the past two days, but a league source says the team has no plans to sign him at this point.
Pro Football Talk first reported the news.
Sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the Jaguars were doing their due diligence by bringing Hardy in and wanted to sit down with him face-to-face to see where he was mentally and physically.

Hardy, 27, has 40 sacks in six seasons, including six sacks with the Dallas Cowboys last season. The Cowboys did not renew his contract, and he went unsigned during free agency.
