Puig leaves early with right hamstring injury

WASHINGTON — The Los Angeles Dodgers’ injury woes continue to mount, with Yasiel Puig the latest to become hobbled, hurt during Thursday’s game against the Washington Nationals.
Puig was removed in the seventh inning after running down the first-base line on a ground ball. He started favoring his right leg even before reaching the bag and was diagnosed with right hamstring tightness.
