Ring Of Honor TV Recap: Roderick Strong’s Final ROH Match, Guns Vs. Addiction 6 Man Tag

EPISODE #252 AIRING IN SYNDICATION AND COMET TV ON WEDNESDAYS
TAPED JUNE 25TH IN CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA
After the ROH TV opening, Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness introduce the audience to the show and hype the Roderick Strong vs. Dalton Castle main event, Also hyping the appearance of BJ Whitmer and Kevin Sullivan.
JAY WHITE VS KAMAITACHI
Two young former New Japan dojo graduates squaring off in this opener. Kamaitachi is led to the ring by his new ally, Christopher Daniels from the Addiction. Kamaitachi formed an allegiance with Daniels when he aided the Addiction to victory at the Best in The World PPV. Jay White offers his hand at the start of the match but Kamaitachi throws his jacket at White and attacks him. He then takes White to the outside and beats on him getting Daniels approval. Daniels gets involved on the outside when White starts to turn things around. Eventually, Jay White is able to overcome the odds stacked against him. He fights off interference by Daniels and hits the Kiwi Crusher on Kamaitachi for the victory.
JAY WHITE DEFEATS KAMAITACHI BY PINFALL
Post match. Frankie Kazarian runs out to the ring and the Addiction starts beating down on Jay White until The Motor City Machine Guns run out and make the save. Chris Sabin gets on the mic and tells Kamaitachi that The Addiction are a “bad influence”. Reference to their TNA names. Sabin asks for a 6 man tag match. Nigel McGuinness gets on the mic and books the match immediately.
CHRIS SABIN, ALEX SHELLEY AND JAY WHITE VS CHRISTOPHER DANIELS,FRANKIE KAZARIAN AND KAMAITACHI
The 6 man match is joined in progress after the break. The Addiction have the early advantage in this match. Eventually, The Guns and Jay White rally. This leads to the finish where Jay White gets the hot tag and takes out the heel faction. All 6 men get involved at the end with Shelley and Sabin doing their standard guns tandem offense. White hits a dropkick and his Kiwi Crusher on Daniels to get the victory for his team. Impressive showing by White who was clearly showcased during these 2 opening matches.
JAY WHITE AND THE MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS DEFEAT THE ADDICTION AND KAMAITACHI
