French option for Lumiere

The Prix Rothschild at Deauville is a possible alternative to the Lennox Stakes at Glorious Goodwood for Mark Johnston’s exciting filly Lumiere.
Last year’s Cheveley Park Stakes heroine was bitterly disappointing on her return to action in the 1000 Guineas, but got her season and career back on track in some style in a Listed event at Newmarket earlier in the month.
Lumiere is set for a sharp rise in class on her next appearance, with a clash against the colts in the Lennox Stakes or a trip to France on Sunday week the two immediate options.
