Hat trick: Hanley mashes three homers

BOSTON — Red Sox first baseman Hanley Ramirez crushed three two-run homers during Wednesday night’s series finale vs. the Giants.
In the second, Ramirez belted a 91-mph fastball from Matt Cain into the Red Sox’s bullpen. In the third, Ramirez drilled a two-run shot to straightaway center field. After getting hit on the left elbow by Albert Suarez in the fourth, Ramirez got his revenge vs. the righty by belting Suarez’s first pitch in the seventh over the Green Monster.
