Hendricks continues Wrigley Field dominance

CHICAGO — There’s no place like Wrigley Field for Kyle Hendricks.
The Cubs’ right-hander improved to 7-1 at home with a 1.36 ERA on Wednesday after a 6-2 victory over the Mets. Hendricks struck out seven and scattered seven hits over 6 1/3 innings on a scorching hot day.
In 66 1/3 innings pitched at Wrigley, he’s given up 10 earned runs, and Hendricks ranks second to the Dodgers’ Clayton Kershaw in home ERA.
