Heaton agrees new Burnley contract

Burnley captain Tom Heaton has signed a new four-year deal with the Premier League club.
The goalkeeper, who had two years remaining on his existing contract, has extended his stay at Turf Moor until the summer of 2020.
Heaton, who made his England debut earlier this year against Australia, said he is thrilled to have agreed a new deal following the club’s promotion from the Championship.
“I am obviously over the moon to sign for another four years,” he told the club’s official website. “I’m really looking forward to the challenge, especially this season and whatever comes after that.
