Palace finish tour unbeaten

Crystal Palace finished their North America tour with a 2-2 draw against the Vancouver Whitecaps.
After a goalless first-half, the game sprung into life in the second-half when former Newcastle, Burnley and Birmingham defender David Edgar opened the scoring to hand Vancouver the lead.
Palace hit back with Fraizer Campbell scoring twice in quick succession to put Alan Pardew’s side ahead, but the Canadians secured a deserved draw with Kendall Watson’s 78th-minute header.
Both sides had chances to break the deadlock in the opening 10 minutes with Marcel de Jong forcing Julian Speroni into action before Andros Townsend fired an effort …
