Rodgers expects qualification

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers believes his side will bounce back from their shock defeat to Lincoln Red Imps on Wednesday.
The Hoops go into their second round Champions League qualifier trailing 1-0 from last Tuesday’s first-leg in Gibraltar.
Rodgers has refused to criticise his players in public for a laboured display at Victoria Stadium, and reckons they were undone because of a fortunate break for Lincoln.
“The players did everything they possibly could,” Rodgers said. “We got done with one sucker punch, so it was a bolt of lightning rather than a massive shock to the world.
“For me when they players walked in I said, you’ve been absolutely brilliant, first class fairly humble guys, got no egos, they are working fairly hard.
“They are in a situation where their most important games are at the very early part of pre-season, but I’ve been happy with them in every game.
