Another Lind walk-off bolt saves Mariners

SEATTLE — The Mariners were almost out of chances. Two on, two out, down two runs, and Adam Lind’s long fly ball was headed toward the deepest part of the fence.
And it just made it over.
“The right guy up there in the right spot got a good pitch, and he didn’t miss it,” manager Scott Servais said.
Lind’s three-run, walk-off home run capped a four-run ninth inning rally that propelled the Mariners to a 4-3 victory over the White Sox on Monday. For Lind, it was his second walk-off home run of the season.
