The Oklahoma City Thunder reportedly rescinded their qualifying offer for shooting guard Dion Waiters on Monday night, per The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski and the Oklahoman’s Anthony Slater.

The move makes Waiters an unrestricted free agent.
