DA won’t charge Agholor in sexual assault case

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s office will not file charges against Nelson Agholor after conducting an investigation into an alleged sexual assault case involving the Eagles wide receiver.
The district attorney’s office announced its decision Monday, saying in a statement that it “lacked sufficient evidence” to charge Agholor.
