Aqib Talib Set to Be Released from Hospital After Reportedly Being Shot in Club

Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib was released from the hospital Sunday after reportedly being shot at the V Live club in Dallas.
Rebecca Lopez of WFAA-TV and Jeff Darlington of NFL Network originally reported the news. Talib suffered a leg wound that has been categorized as minor, according to Mike Klis of 9News. According to Klis, a source close to Talib said the wound was “accidental.”
Dallas police told Liz Farmer of the Dallas Morning News that Talib was one of two people injured as part of an altercation that began inside the nightclub before continuing outside. Both were taken to the hospital with “non-life-threatening injuries.”
