Andre Ayew captained Ghana in the absence of injured skipper Asamoah Gyan
Ghana qualified for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday after winning 2-0 away to Mauritius to win Group H with one round of matches remaining.
Goals from stand-in captain Andre Ayew and Christian Atsu sealed the Black Stars’ place in Gabon.
Avram Grant’s men remain unbeaten in Group H, and are now seven points clear at the top of the standings.
Elsewhere, the Democratic Republic of Congo moved closer to the finals with a resounding 6-1 win in Madagascar.
If Central African Republic are unable to beat visiting Angola in Group B later on Sunday, DR Congo will also qualify.
