Briitish Teen Freya Christie Excited to Make WTA Debut in Nottingham

Tennis – 18-year-old British teenager Freya Christie has revealed that she will make her WTA professional debut at next week’s WTA event in her hometown Nottingham. Freya is ranked No. 362 in the world and No. 67 in the junior rankings.
The event marks the first of the three-week WTA grass court season before Wimbledon kicks off, the first time there would be a three-week gap between the French Open and Wimbledon.As per BBC Sport, Christie commented, “It’s amazing it will be at my home town as well.
