Johnny Manziel Reportedly Sued for Alleged Damages to Rental House in LA

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has reportedly been sued over alleged damages to a Los Angeles home he rented in April.
According to TMZ Sports, real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin claimed Manziel—who introduced himself using the alias “Travis”—sought to rent the property for two nights and agreed “to pay a huge fine if more than 15 people came to the house at one time.”
But during his stay at the house, Manziel allegedly threw parties that involved the consumption of drugs and alcohol, per TMZ. Goodwin also alleged the parties were so disruptive that police were called to the home.
