New rules at Copa America

The 2016 Copa America will be the first major tournament to feature several rule changes, including a fourth substitute in extra-time.
The tournament, celebrating its 100-year anniversary, kicked off on Friday night with Colombia’s 2-0 victory over hosts USA.
Prior to the opener, it was announced that a couple of new rules, based on the 2016/17 Laws of the Game from the International Football Association Board (IFAB), would be included.
