Bendigo, Victoria, June 4, 2016 – Cuban coach Roberto Garcia was impressed with his team’s character to save two set points to seal the match, while Australian coach Shannon Winzer said she was proud of the way her team competed.
Cuba coach Roberto Garcia: “This was a good match for both our teams. The Australians had great defence today. Our first set was very good. Our team showed good character to win the fourth set. All the players played well in the final set.”
