Neighbours Poland and Czechia in first ever Grand Prix encounter

Zielona Gora, Poland, June 4, 2016 – Poland and Czechia are two neighbouring European nations, but they have never met in a FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix match before. This is about to change as the two teams are set to cross ways on the second day of the 2016 edition.

• Poland and Czech Republic will meet for the first time at the World Grand Prix, making Czech Republic the 24th opponent for Poland in World Grand Prix history. For the Czechs, Poland are their 16th opponent in all World Grand Prix matches.
