Severino expected to spend time in Minors

BALTIMORE — Luis Severino was scheduled to start Friday for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre for the first time since being reinstated from the disabled list Monday, but a return to the Majors doesn’t appear to be imminent.
