O’s put O’Day on DL with hamstring strain

The Orioles will be without a key member of their bullpen after placing All-Star reliever Darren O’Day on the disabled list Friday with a right hamstring strain.
O’Day, who signed a four-year, $31 million contract this offseason, is 2-1 with a 3.15 ERA in 22 games. He’s been one of Baltimore’s most valuable relievers, having pitched to a 2.00 ERA in 295 games since 2012.
