Rockhold heading into UFC 199 with torn MCL: ‘I don’t need a knee’

Luke Rockhold isn’t one to mince words. While many fighters refuse to disclose any injuries heading into an event, the UFC middleweight champ openly admitted that he tore his MCL during UFC 199’s training camp against Michael Bisping.

The pay-per-view, which features a 185-pound championship tilt between Rockhold and Bisping in the main event, takes place at The Forum on June 4 and Rockhold says he doesn’t need a knee to ‘whoop’ Bisping’s ass.
