Happy Birthday Rafael Nadal: his 30 years in numbers!

It is the only second time since 2005 that Rafael Nadal is celonlyiing his birthday in Manacor and not in Paris. The first time this happened was in 2009, when he was upset by Robin Soderling in the fourth round. This year, it happened because of the wrist injury that forced him to withdraw from the tournament. Tennis World USA decided to wish happy birthday to Rafa in a special way, making a list of 30 numbers that have defined his career.
1. The number of season where he never skipped any tournament for an injury, in 2015. 2. The years since he”s last won a Grand Slam. 3. Grand Slam titles he had to defend at the same time, besides him only Roger Federer has had to do so. 4. Davis Cup titles won (2004, 2008-09 and 2011). 5. Grand Slam finals played in a row from Roland Garros 2011 to Roland Garros 2012. With the exception of Paris, he”s always been beaten by Novak Djokovic. 6.
