Morris undergoes surgery for herniated disk

MIAMI — Bryan Morris underwent surgery Wednesday on a herniated lumbar disk. The Marlins’ right-handed reliever opted for surgery after consulting on Tuesday with Dr. Frank Eismont of the University of Miami Hospital.
